
There was another good reason to be in Vancouver on February 13, the second day of the 2010 Olympics, besides watching U.S. athletes Hannah Kearney and Shannon Bahrke win gold and bronze medals in Women's Moguls. Toronto, Ontario metal veterans, Anvil, were in town for a rip-roaring show. And while we're sure at least a few of the sportsmen, like bad-ass snowboarder Shaun White and maybe fast-as-light speed skater Apollo Anton Ono, would have wanted to be there, we're guessing they were all too busy training or chasing tail to make it to Venue Vancouver for the gig.
